Soup & Soul Returns with the Keys To The Kingdom Class,
A powerful course in prosperity consciousness building

The Keys to the Kingdom class is a guide to developing a higher level of spiritual awareness by identifying and changing limited beliefs about abundance, happiness, and success. The program leads to an understanding of the spiritual foundation of true abundance and creating a life in greater harmony with spiritual law.

To attend Keys to the Kingdom, you must be willing to tithe of your time, talent and treasure, attend all seven classes, and complete all the assignments. If you are willing to make this commitment, you will profoundly alter your experience of life’s abundance and the awareness of your highest potential. There is a charge of $50 for the cost of the materials. Facilitated by Rev. Doug Werth.

For those interested, a soup and salad dinner will be served at 6:15 for $5 per person.

Spring Forest Qigong Level I
Thursday evenings from 6:00 to 8:00 PM beginning on August 26th

Eileen Meagher, Certified Instructor and Master Healer will be offering this 6-week series on Thursday evenings from 6:00 to 8:00 PM beginning on August 26th. This class emphasizes the nature and history of Qigong in general and of Spring Forest Qigong in particular. You will learn about our basic life energy force as well as detailed and specific exercises to strengthen your own energy so that you can enhance your own wellness. Introduction to Insight Meditation with Rev Robert Brumet
Wednesday, Sept 22nd at 7 PM

Insight meditation involves moment-by-moment awareness of the body-mind processes. By becoming fully aware and accepting of each experience, the mind eventually begins to see into its own nature. Through this clear seeing we develop wisdom and compassion. All are welcome.

Insight Meditation Retreat with Rev Robert Brumet
Thursday thru Saturday, Sept 23-25

The retreat will be held in the church sanctuary.  You will be served lunches and dinners starting with lunch on Thursday and ending with lunch on Saturday. Participants will return to their homes on Thursday and Friday evenings. Printer friendly flyer

The retreat is open to beginners and experienced meditators alike, but will be limited to 30 participants.  We will advertise at Unity of Chattanooga first, then several local churches in the Chattanooga area, and then Unity churches in the UMMAS sub-region.
