Moving with Spirit

Dancing with the Divine Connecting with spirit is typically associated with stillness and sitting in the silence. "Moving with Spirit" is an alternate way to once again feel the peace and joy of spirit within while doing simple and easy mindful movements. Join Laura Noyes, facilitator of this class, from 10:30 to 10:45 AM  to experience a time of easy and simple physical mindful movements to help you focus your thoughts on the movements themselves, helping to connect you to a greater awareness of the inner peace that can be found within yourself. (This is not a Yoga class.)
